DESCRIPTION:Australian progressive heavy psych band Khan are excited to bri
ng their 'That\nFair and Warlike Form' Tour to Europe for 20 shows across
September and October.\nThe Melbourne-based trio meld hazy psychedelia wit
h heavy stoner riffs and a\npenchant for progressive rhythms and almost di
rge-like crescendos. Their songs\nare deeply evocative\, often exuding str
ong visceral reactions fluctuating from a\nsense of haunting melancholy to
immense empyreal awe. Vocally\, they waver from\nethereal falsetto and hy
pnotic crooning to impassioned wailing punctuated by\noccasional guttural
screams.\n\nKhan released their critically acclaimed fourth studio album\,
'That Fair and\nWarlike Form // Return to Dust'\, in October 2025 through
Full Contact Safari\nRecords. It is a concept album comprised of two 23-m
inute songs that explore the\nsuffering of a man possessed by the spirit o
f the god of death\, Erlik\n(Turkic/Mongolian mythology). The band are ver
y excited to share their new album\nlive with European audiences on their
upcoming tour for the first time since its\nrelease. They'll be joined for
their show in Berlin at Privatclub by fellow\nAustralian progressive post
-metal trio Skin Thief.\n\nHeavy instrumental trio Skin Thief play a progr
essive style of post-metal.\nFeaturing grinding bass heavy riffs with chop
ped rhythms that drop into brooding\nhypnotic atmospherics. The songs twis
t through introspective soundscapes that\noften coalesce into explosive cr
escendos. Their latest album 'Frozen in the Act\nof Breaking' was released
in 2025 through Full Contact Safari Records followed\nby an Australian to
ur supporting Khan. This will be their first time touring\nEurope.
